Explore & Enjoy
Welcome to our sugar bush, a 70-acre maple sugar forest with around 5,000 taps. For 10 months of the year, we serve as a picturesque wedding venue, but from March to April, we open our doors to the public as a cozy pancake house with scenic nature trails. It’s here that we harvest the sap to create our pure, delicious maple syrup—a true taste of tradition!

A Legacy of Craftmanship
Temple’s sugar house is a celebrated example of timber frame architecture, crafted in the post-and-beam style with large timbers secured by hand-whittled hardwood dowels—no nails required. We take pride in the rich story and beauty of our property, from the maple dining room floor dotted with tap holes dating back to the 1800s, to the handcrafted Rumford stone fireplace, a 1700s design, paired with a striking black cherry mantle.
