In addition, your package includes an on-site coordination team who will assist you through the planning process and be there for you during your rehearsal and on your wedding day.

Our wedding rates are determined by the time of year. The price is per person, with a minimum guest count that changes based on the season and the day of the week, allowing us to create a truly personalized celebration that fits your needs.

How many guests can your venue accommodate?
Up to 200, whether for a ceremony and sit-down dinner and reception or for a cocktail style reception.

Is set up and tear down included?
Our team will place your décor and set the reception hall based on your wishes, working closely with you to ensure your vision comes to life. If you’re looking for a more complex setup that involves ladders, for example, we’re happy to partner with outside vendors.

Are there really no extra fees?
We pride ourselves on our competitive prices, great food and no hidden fees. That means no facility fees, rental fees, admin, linens or music licensing fees, for example. Any gratuity is at the discretion of the couple.

Is the venue accessible?
Yes! We are wheelchair accessible. We have an accessible washroom on the main floor, ramps to access the building and a laneway to drive closer to our ceremony sites. Our friendly staff will gladly assist your group.

Can we bring our own caterer?
All food and beverage services are supplied by Temple’s. Our executive chef and culinary team will provide you and your guests with outstanding food and the service to match. You are welcome to supply your wedding cupcakes or wedding cake from an outside vendor.

Are there alcohol restrictions?
Temple’s offers a wide variety of options when it comes to choosing your bar services. From a cash bar to an open bar and everything in between, we can help you work within your budget and your group’s needs. Temple’s is licensed by the AGCO and therefore must adhere to all laws governing the safe service of alcohol. No outside liquor is allowed (tailgating, flasks, etc.) and all alcohol for your wedding must be supplied and served by Temple’s staff.

What is the retainer and when is it due?
The retainer to secure your date is $2000. Nine months before your wedding date, 50% of the remaining estimate is due. Your final payment is due one month before your wedding day.

When does the party end?
Weddings at Temple’s conclude at 1:00 a.m. If you are planning a shuttle or limo service, have them arrive at 12:45 a.m. so you can be sure you and your guests are taken care of and not left waiting.
