A Culinary Celebration

Rooted in our heritage and the Ottawa Valley’s finest ingredients, we create fresh, seasonal dishes. Many of our wedding menus showcase maple syrup from our very own sugar bush! There’s no match for the rich flavour of food cooked over a live fire. Paired with a full-service bar offering wines, craft beers, and signature cocktails, our charcoal-grilled fare makes every meal as memorable as your celebration.

what’s included

The menu below outlines how many selections to make from each category. We’ll work closely with you to accommodate any allergies or dietary needs for you and your guests. Start your celebration with appetizers during cocktail hour, followed by a three-course dinner in the main building, and finish off the evening with a late-night snack. All meals include unlimited coffee, tea, and water.

Planning Your Menu

As part of your welcome package, you’ll have the chance to meet one-on-one with Chef Conor to develop a wedding menu that reflects your taste and incorporates what’s in season. Following this, you’re invited to a complimentary menu tasting, giving you the confidence to craft a menu that perfectly suits your preferences and accommodates your guests’ dietary needs.
